Will the price increase after I place an order?
No. Once the contract is signed, the price remains fixed regardless of subsequent fluctuations in the steel market.
How long is the lead time?
In-stock products are shipped within 3–7 days, while customized orders typically take 7–20 days.
Does your steel meet international standards?
Yes. Our steel meets ASTM, EN, JIS, and GB standards. Original Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) are provided.
What if the material tolerance is out of spec?
We can inspect the goods before shipment. If the goods do not meet the agreed tolerance, we will replace them for free and cover the shipping costs.
How do you prevent rust during long sea transportation?
Standard anti-rust oil, waterproof film, pipe end caps and container desiccants are applied. Upgraded salt-mist resistant packaging is optional to avoid rejection due to rust.
What is your MOQ? Do you accept small orders?
MOQ starts from 1 ton. Stock goods can be loaded within 3–7 days, and customized products can be produced on demand for all order sizes.
What payment terms do you accept? Is L/C available?
We accept deposit plus balance against copy of B/L and sight L/C. Advance payment is recommended for high-risk regions with formal sales contracts guaranteed.
