Frequently asked questions
Can you fabricate to my drawings rather than supply raw steel?
Yes. Send a PDF or DWG and we will quote the finished item — cut, drilled, welded, galvanized and packed. Both one-off pieces and repeat production runs are handled.
Do you arrange hot-dip galvanizing?
Yes, to GB/T 13912, EN ISO 1461 or ASTM A123, with coating mass and thickness measured and reported.
How do you pack steel for a long sea voyage?
Bundles are strapped at fixed intervals with edge protection, crates are built with timber dunnage for forklift access, and a container loading plan is issued before shipment. VCI wrapping is used where rust is a risk.
Can you handle the shipping documentation?
We prepare the packing list, commercial invoice, mill certificates and, where required, the certificate of origin and third-party inspection certificate.
